Time to take some steps to correct those massive egos. Yes it takes some ego to be successful, but what happens when egos grow too big.
All we have to do is check the lastest scandal sheets to find out which CEO is in trouble for corporate wrong doing. Behind every corporate scandal, you will find a massive ego thats out of control.
Ego's are like drugs you need to keep feeding it. We lose our judgement, moral, and vision all we see is bottom line.
We need to stand back and take a look at what we are doing and "check that ego at the door."
...As a citizens we need to take action .... we must realize that we hold the power and with this power we can make a change. We have to use our voice to change those massive ego's.
